It's important that you log in to the app's settings before adding devices. It is not necessary to enter the arm code, but if you want to be able to change the Verisure arm status via Homey, it must be filled in. It must be the arm code of the current user.
It is highly recommended to create a new user that is only used with Homey. Use of the same user in Homey and Verisure's app / web may result in throttling and / or blacklisting by Verisure.
This app polls Verisure every 5 seconds. This means that you can sometimes experience some delay in status updates. This is to avoid getting throttled.
When 2-step verification is enabled, your connection through the third-party integration might stop working.
Please note that if you disable 2-step verification, the risk of unauthorized access to your account is increased.
Follow these steps to restore the connection:
1. Log in to Verisure MyPages (web) with your username and password. Enter the verification code when you receive it.
2. Go to Account and Subscription > Account > Login credentials > Disable 2-step verification
3. Follow the instructions to disable 2-step verification.
