Introducing Local Users

Access your Homey Pro even when the internet is down.

With Local Users, you can access the Homey Web App directly on your local network. Whether your internet is down or you prefer local-only control, your smart home remains within reach.

As the Homey owner, you can create Local Users for everyone, while other roles can set up their own access. After enabling, simply sign in using your Homey’s local IP address.
