Panasonic Aquarea via HeishaMon

Control and monitor your Panasonic Aquarea heat pump locally, through a HeishaMon gateway on the CN-CNT bus. No cloud account, no polling delay, no rate limits. Readings arrive over MQTT the moment they change, and the app requests no permissions. The heat pump stays in charge. It decides by itself when to heat and when to make hot water; the app shows you what it is doing and lets you adjust. Nothing in Homey can switch it off by accident: it does not take part in "turn everything off" flows or scenes. WHAT YOU GET Heat pump: on/off, operating mode, zone setpoint, flow, return, room and outside temperatures, Eco and Boost as single-tap toggles that cannot both be active, defrost state, 3-way valve position and error code. Hot water: a separate device for the tank, only offered when your heat pump actually has one. It shows the tank temperature and lets you adjust the target and heat the tank now. Energy and efficiency: lifetime and daily kWh in and out, live COP, and an energy-weighted COP for today and yesterday. Electricity use shows up in Homey Energy. Works with the separate power data block that K, L and M series send. Widgets: seven for your dashboard, including a status widget with an animated heat pump, a chart, energy by hour coloured by efficiency, an energy balance, direct controls and your heating curve with the current operating point. Fractional setpoints (optional): the Aquarea only accepts whole degrees. The app alternates between two neighbouring degrees so the average water temperature lands on tenths. Adaptive weather compensation (optional): a slow control loop that holds your room temperature with the lowest water temperature that still does the job, and learns whether your curve slope is wrong. Monitoring only (optional): the app reads everything and never writes to the heat pump. Every command the app does send is logged with where it came from. 41 Flow cards, including one that can send any documented HeishaMon command with range checking. WHAT YOU NEED A HeishaMon gateway on the CN-CNT connector of the indoor unit, and an MQTT broker on your network, such as the MQTT Broker app or Mosquitto on a NAS.
