Adaptive Thermostat
Turn any temperature sensor and any heater into a thermostat that actually regulates
A radiator valve measures the radiator, not the room, and a simple thermostat only switches
fully on and fully off, so the room swings around the temperature you asked for instead of
settling on it. Adaptive Thermostat puts a real proportional regulator between a sensor that
measures the temperature you care about and a heater that has no idea where it is. Pick the
sensor in the room, pick what heats that room, and it takes care of the rest.
It works with any temperature sensor and any heater already paired with your Homey, whatever
app they came from, and it gets better with every optional device you give it: a window
contact, a motion or presence sensor, an outdoor thermometer, a relay that starts your boiler.
It needs Homey Pro, because reading and driving devices that belong to other apps requires a
permission Homey Cloud does not offer.

Fires whoever made the change — a Flow, the picker, or a timed preset falling back on its own. It reports the preset you asked for, so with the Activity preset it does not fire when motion switches the level underneath; use Status for that.

Versión 1.1.0 — A thermostat can now drive several heaters in the same room. They follow one setpoint, and the room counts as a single call for heat instead of one per radiator. On switched heaters their cycles are offset from each other, so they never draw their full power at the same moment. Adding a thermostat now asks one question per page: the optional sensors used to sit at the bottom of a screen nobody scrolled, and were missed. Valve battery levels also show up again — they were treated as out of date long before these valves ever report them.
