Bring your Aritech ATS Advisor Advanced alarm panel into Homey and keep your home's security at your fingertips. Arm and disarm areas, follow area and zone status in real time over your local network, and give the detectors that have guarded your home for years a second role: a decades-old PIR detector becomes a motion sensor you can build Flows on, so your security system works together with the rest of your smart home.
This is an unofficial, community-developed app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Aritech or KGS (Kidde Global Services). It requires an Aritech ATS Advisor Advanced panel with a network connection and the automation/IP protocol enabled, along with the panel encryption key and a login.

Triggers when the panel starts counting down the entry delay. Someone came in through an entry route and the alarm has not sounded yet, which makes this the earliest warning the panel can give.

Triggers when the exit countdown stops. The armed tag is yes when the countdown completed and the area is set, and no when it was cancelled.

Triggers when the entry countdown stops. The armed tag is no when someone disarmed in time, and yes when the delay expired while the area stayed set. The alarm tag says whether the panel was already sounding at that moment.

Version 0.13.0 — New: - Flow cards for the entry and exit delay, so a Flow can act while the panel is counting down - tags on a finished countdown: whether the area ended up armed, and whether the alarm was sounding - a condition to check whether an area is counting down - a condition to check whether an area has bypassed zones
