Ultimate EMS turns your Homey Pro into a full-featured energy management system. It intelligently coordinates your solar panels, home battery, EV charger and heat pumps to maximise self-consumption and minimise energy costs.
Every evening the EMS calculates a detailed plan for the next day based on the weather forecast, expected solar production and your energy prices. During the day it follows this plan in real-time, adjusting automatically when clouds roll in or your energy use changes.
Key features:
- Works with your existing Homey apps — no custom drivers needed
- Multi-inverter support with per-phase surplus tracking (L1/L2/L3)
- EV charging via Zaptec, Easee, Tesla and other supported chargers
- EV departure planning with target SoC and solar-priority logic
- Heat pump and air conditioning control with seasonal heating/cooling switching
- PV curtailment for Growatt inverters (zero-export / export limit)
- Dynamic tariff support: Tibber, PBTH/Enever and other price providers
- Live dashboard widgets for EV status and PV fleet overview

Novedades
Versión 2.5.3 — Fixed: on a 3-phase installation with a PV meter missing on one phase, the EMS's live "unmetered solar" estimate for that phase read the configured peak-power setting without any sanity limit — an entered value meant in Watts instead of kWp (an easy mix-up) could inflate the live solar reading to tens of kilowatts, corrupting real-time solar-surplus decisions for the battery, EV, heat pump and dump load. The peak-power settings are now capped to what your grid connection can actually deliver per phase (amps × 230V, with margin for legitimately oversized panel setups), both for this live estimate and for tomorrow's forecast. New: the settings page now warns directly under the peak-power field when an entered value is higher than your connection can handle, so a Watt/kWp mix-up is caught immediately instead of silently skewing the EMS's decisions. Also fixed: the EV widget's vehicle-profile switcher (for one shared charger with multiple cars) now treats your already-configured EV settings as an implicit first profile, so you only need to add the car(s) that were missing instead of duplicating the first one too; a profile left without a name is no longer silently dropped; and a physical device configured as both a heat pump/airco slot and a boiler slot no longer has its dashboard on/off toggle land on the wrong slot. Renamed: the 'second EV' settings section is now called 'Second charging point', since it configures a separate physical charger, not a second vehicle on the same one. Also: the settings page now separates vehicle settings ('Electric car') from charging-point hardware settings (new 'Charging point(s)' section), with the 'Second charging point' option living inside that new section, and each vehicle's charging strategy and night-charging settings kept bundled with its own vehicle instead of the optional multi-vehicle-profile section.
