Purpose-built drivers cover the most common Tuya smart home device types — from air conditioners, smart plugs and lights to garage doors, heat pumps and curtain motors. Each driver automatically detects the device's data points at pairing time and maps them to the right Homey capabilities, so most devices are ready to use straight away. A generic driver is included for any device type not covered by the dedicated drivers.
All communication runs directly over your local Wi-Fi network. Devices respond instantly to Homey commands and push state changes in real time, even without an internet connection. Every driver comes with a full set of Flow cards — triggers, conditions and actions — tailored to its device type, so you can build automations the moment your device is added.

The same as "Send an IR code", but with the name typed in rather than picked from a list — a dropdown cannot be filled from a tag, so this is the one to use when the flow works out which button to press. An unknown name fails the card and lists the names this blaster does know.

For the buttons nobody presses once — volume and channel. The gap is the pause between sends; leave it at 0 and they go out back to back, which some receivers read as one long press and others miss entirely. At most 10 sends a second apart, because the flow waits for the last one.

Versión 1.0.232 — The IR blaster now checks a capture before it keeps it. A weak signal or a tired battery in the remote produces a code that saves perfectly well and never works; that one is turned away with the reason, learning stays on so pressing the button again is enough, and what is kept gets a line in the log describing its shape — how many durations, how long, and which timing classes. That line names the remote without decoding anything: two classes at 1:2 are RC5 or RC6, a long lead-in is NEC. A code that cannot be read is no longer sent either, since the blaster discards it without a word and the flow would report success. And there is a card for the buttons nobody presses once: send a code up to ten times with a gap between. Checked against the device configurations in make-all/tuya-local, which turned up a fault: some of these boxes put a display switch on data point 101, where this app expects a temperature, and a true/false value read as a number would have shown one degree — plausible enough not to notice. Both new drivers now leave a boolean alone and say so once, naming the fix. The settings help gained reference pages for the smoke detector, the air quality monitor and the IR blaster, and the device list behind "Report on GitHub" is complete again — eight drivers were missing from it, so a report about one of them went out without naming the device.
