Sometimes you need a professional to get your smart home right. Homey for Installers makes this simple and secure by letting certified installers request temporary access to Homey Pro, always with the owner’s approval.

Requesting access

An installer requests access via https://installer.homey.app. The owner gets a push notification in the Homey app and can approve it right away. Alternatively, the owner can also grant access manually at any time.

Always under control

Access is temporary and can be easily revoked. The owner stays entirely in charge, while the installer gets the tools they need to provide quick and professional support. This keeps help available when needed without compromising security or privacy.
