Your heat pump, live and local — no cloud required
OpenQuatt connects Homey Pro directly to the OpenQuatt heat pump controller on your own network. The controller is discovered automatically and all data arrives in real time over a live local connection — no polling and no cloud account needed. Monitor supply, return, outside and room temperatures, the supply target, power consumption, the active control mode and the aux relay, and switch manual cooling or the relay straight from Homey.
Automate everything with an extensive set of Flow cards for heating, cooling, faults, defrosting, the boiler, silent mode and the water flow, and feed the dew point from your own room sensors so the controller can cool safely without condensation. A dashboard widget shows live temperatures, power, efficiency and status at a glance. Requires a Quatt heat pump running the OpenQuatt firmware and a Homey Pro (Early 2023 or newer). This app is a community project and is not affiliated with Quatt B.V.

Requires OpenQuatt firmware with external supply target support. Replaces the controller's own heating curve target, room correction included; its water temperature limits and heat pump control stay its own. Sent via API input (or MQTT from the device settings) and re-sent every minute until you send a new value or hand it back to the heating curve. After an app restart the controller returns to its heating curve. Select API input or MQTT under Supply target (heating curve) in the OpenQuatt web app.

Stops sending the supply target. The controller returns to its own heating curve once the last value has expired, within 15 minutes.

Requires OpenQuatt firmware with heating curve offset support. This adjusts the local heating curve, not the supply target. Sent via API input (or MQTT from the device settings) and re-sent every minute until you send a new value; send 0 to clear it. After an app restart the offset lapses to 0. Select API input or MQTT under Heating curve offset in the OpenQuatt web app.

Versjon 1.9.0 — New flow cards for the water flow: when it rose above or dropped below a value you choose, when it changed, and a condition for whether it is above a value. Handy for an alert on low flow before the controller's own protection kicks in.
