Your steps, heart rate, sleep and weight from Google Health
Bring your Google Health data to Homey: steps, distance, calories, active & basal calories, floors, active-zone & sedentary minutes, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), VO2 max, weight, body fat, blood oxygen (SpO2), respiratory rate, body temperature, blood glucose, altitude, sleep, water and nutrition (calorie intake, carbs, protein, fat) — all with Insights history.
Add your Google account as a device and use its values in Flows: get notified when you reach your daily step goal, when a new weight or glucose measurement arrives, or when new sleep data is available. Conditions let you check steps, resting heart rate, sleep and more. The app is read-only — it never writes data back to Google Health.
Native dashboard widgets show your metrics with a live trend sparkline, and you can generate a printable health report to share with your doctor.
Setup requires your own (free) Google Cloud project with the Google Health API enabled and an OAuth client — the app settings page walks you through it step by step.
