Your TrueNAS server quietly holds the things you would hate to lose: the photos, the backups, the media library. It sits in a cupboard and asks for nothing, which is exactly why a full pool or an overheating drive tends to go unnoticed until it is too late. This app brings the server into Homey as ordinary devices, so the state of your storage is simply there alongside your lights and sensors instead of behind a login screen.
Because everything appears as a normal device, your NAS can take part in whatever your home already does. Let the lights turn red the moment a pool degrades, get a message before the last terabyte disappears, shut down a noisy virtual machine at bedtime, or start a scrub while you are away. A dashboard widget keeps storage, processor, memory and network in view at a glance. Everything runs over your own network, so none of it leaves the house.
