Monitor APC Smart-UPS via SNMP network card or apcupsd
APC UPS lets you monitor your APC Smart-UPS via the built-in network (SNMP) card or APCUPSD.
The app shows battery level, remaining runtime, input/output voltage, power usage, temperature, and load. It also provides separate alarms for mains power loss, battery warnings, and SNMP communication errors.
Setup is simple:
SNMP
Add the device in Homey, enter the UPS IP address and SNMP community (default is public) in settings, and save.
APCUPSD
Add the device in Homey, enter the APCUPSD IP adress and port in settings, and save.
The UPS will start updating automatically every few seconds.
