Bring your Toshiba Estia air-to-water heat pump into Homey. Talks directly to the unit over Modbus on your home network — no cloud, no delays. Read every temperature sensor, see when the pump faults, and control on/off, mode, setpoints, DHW boost, anti-freeze, night setback and weather-compensated mode from flows. Requires a Toshiba BMS-IFMB0UEW-E (or similar) Modbus RTU interface wired to the heat pump's AB bus, plus any Modbus TCP gateway connected to the interface (Waveshare RS485-to-WiFi/ETH, Elfin EW-11, USR-W630 or similar). Your Homey Pro must reach the gateway on the local LAN. Supports R410A 4 Series WM, R410A 5 Series WM, and R32 1/2 Series (WM and AIO) Estia hydro units. Single-zone or dual-zone installations, with or without a domestic hot water tank — toggle each in the device settings and only the relevant capabilities show up.
