A smart sleep coach for children, using light and movement to guide bedtime, nighttime and wake-up routines.
Sleepy helps children build a clear bedtime and wake-up routine with Homey. Use a motion sensor or Homey zone activity together with a smart light. Configure separate weekday, weekend and holiday times, choose colors per child, keep a dim night light on while sleeping, and use a separate manually controlled light to detect when a child is awake. Sleepy also stores night history and exposes useful data in Homey Insights.
Sleepy estimates sleep state from movement and configured rules. It is not a medical sleep monitor.
