With a twist

You already know the gesture from a volume knob or a thermostat dial. Homey Portal is a 2.8-inch touchscreen wrapped in a stainless steel ring, and our first product built around that idea. Where a knob controls one device, this one runs the whole room.

Assign Homey Portal to a zone, like the Living Room or Kitchen, and it works right away with the devices you’ve already connected there. You can also customize your home screen and pin your most-used Flows, Moods, or devices.

The ring is for anything you turn up or down: light, volume, temperature. The screen does the rest, from the next track to a warmer shade of light. Nothing to figure out. Anyone in the room can use it. Your partner, your kids, or even a friend who’s never heard of Homey.

Works with your Homey

You can use Homey Portal with Homey Cloud, Homey Pro (2023 — 2026), Homey Pro mini, and Homey Self-Hosted Server, right out of the box. Homey Cloud is free for your first 5 devices and can be upgraded to Homey Premium as your smart home grows.
