KakaoTalk Send Me

Send KakaoTalk messages to yourself directly from Homey flows. This app connects your KakaoTalk account to Homey via OAuth2 login, allowing you to send "Send to Me" messages as a Flow action — perfect for notifications, alerts, and reminders. Setup 1. Install this app on your Homey. 2. Go to "Devices" and tap the "+" button to add a new device. 3. Select "KakaoTalk Send Me" and then "Kakao Account". 4. Read the setup guide screen carefully. 5. Tap "Start Kakao Login" and log in with your KakaoTalk account. 6. IMPORTANT: On the consent screen, you must agree to the "KakaoTalk message sending" permission (it is listed as optional, but it is required for this app to work). 7. Once logged in, your Kakao account will appear as a device. Usage - In the Homey Flow editor, add the action card "Send a message to me via KakaoTalk". - Select your Kakao Account device and enter the message you want to send. - When the Flow runs, the message will be delivered to your KakaoTalk "Note to Myself" chat. Troubleshooting - If the device shows as unavailable after sending a message, it means the KakaoTalk message permission was not granted during login. Solution: Delete the device and add it again, making sure to agree to the message sending permission on the consent screen. - If you want to switch accounts, delete the device. The KakaoTalk connection will be fully unlinked. Note - This app is not an official Kakao app. - Requires a KakaoTalk account.
