Parking apps like Sesam Sesam and EasyPark charge a service fee per parking session on camera-based parking facilities. If you disable automatic charging in your parking app and pay directly on the operator website within 48 hours after leaving the facility, you avoid this service fee completely. The main challenge is remembering the 48-hour deadline before invoices or extra fees are issued. Sesam Pay automatically monitors your registered vehicles by regularly checking for unpaid parking sessions. As soon as a new parking session is detected, you can receive alerts on your Homey Timeline, smartphone, Slack, or email. The app also reminds you when less than 12 hours remain before the payment deadline expires, and lets you copy direct payment links to complete payment with BankID in your browser. With flexible Flow cards, you can build automations based on detected parkings, remaining time, and completed payments. Because standard Homey push notifications do not support clickable links, sending notifications through Slack or email in your flows is recommended for the smoothest experience, allowing you to open the payment link directly.
