Maintenance Monitor

Never forget maintenance again. Maintenance Monitor keeps track of all maintenance in and around your home and lets you know when it's time. Test the smoke detectors, clean the air conditioner filters, give the washing machine a hot cleaning programme, service the boiler, lubricate the 3D printer, clean the gutters: add your items once and Homey reminds you. - All in one place: 25 types of items with suggested tasks and intervals (smoke and CO detectors, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner, ventilation, boiler and heat pump, 3D printer, robot vacuum, coffee machine, pet and chicken supplies, cameras, solar panels, car, house and more). - By date or by usage: every 3 months, or link a Homey device and count running hours, the number of runs or a device counter. For example: "clean the drum after 30 washes or after 2 months, whichever comes first". - Notifications when a task is due soon, due or overdue. Tap Done and the interval starts again. - One overview device with a red dot when something needs attention, so your appliances don't appear twice in your device list. - A dashboard widget and Flow cards to automate everything yourself. - A simple wizard to add items, in Homey's own look and feel. Works on Homey Pro (2023 or later), Homey Pro mini and Homey Self-Hosted Server.
