Chronoflow is a lightweight, low-CPU time engine for Homey that triggers flows at precise moments.
It lets you keep an overview of all time-based triggers and manage them in one place.
You create ChronoPoints—named moments in time—based on a fixed time (HH:MM) or sunrise/sunset with a fixed or random offset.
Each ChronoPoint can be limited by conditions such as a date period, selected months, and day-based rules, including recurring days or weeks from an exact start date.
Chronoflow also includes an optional overwrite mechanism to avoid overlaps and competing triggers.
With Chronoflow, you can create time-based triggers that aren’t possible with Date & Time—or that would require multiple Date & Time cards to achieve. Chronoflow triggers only when all conditions are met, unlike Date & Time, which often triggers first and requires additional checks afterwards.
Time-based triggers are often spread across multiple Flows and cards and are frequently used in conditional logic. With Chronoflow triggers and conditions, you only need to manage them in Chronoflow instead of changing the same time settings in multiple places.
It is timezone-correct and uses your Homey location for accurate sunrise and sunset calculations.
