Use your Recovery, Strain, Sleep Score and resting heart rate to make your home react to your physical state, creating automations that match your energy and recovery. A WHOOP account is required to use this app, and the setup instructions in the app will guide you through the connection process. The Strain value is refreshed every 15 minutes.
