- Wave height (15 pts) — low waves preferred (< 0.5m)
- Cloud cover (10 pts) — clear skies for visibility
- Warm streak (5 pts) — consecutive sunny days boost algae growth
Flow triggers:
- Likelihood changed — fires when score changes by 5+ points, with score, label, and location tokens
- Likelihood crosses threshold — fires when score crosses above or below a user-set value
