Flow card that sends out Lisa RF signals when triggered.

Lisa is a system for the hearing impaired and deaf, it allows visual and vibrational feedback for things like the the phone, doorbell or fire alarm.
This App allows you to send these signals with Homey as well, allowing users of the Lisa system to effectively use the Homey automation system as well.
