Fronius GEN24 (Local)

For Fronius PV systems using a GEN24 inverter, a Fronius Reserva Battery and the Fronius Smartmeter IP, this app connects your inverter directly to Homey via your local network. Fast, secure, and no cloud required. Features - Live Energy Flows: Real-time data for PV production, house load, grid import/export, and battery power. - Battery Details: Monitor State of Charge (SOC), temperatures, and stored energy. - MPP Tracking: Individual data for MPP1 and MPP2 (Voltage, Current, Power). - Grid Monitoring: Three-phase monitoring (L1, L2, L3) including voltage, current, and frequency. - Homey Energy: Integrated with the Homey Energy Dashboard (experimental). Setup & Pairing 1. Install the app. 2. Before adding devices, go to the App Settings and enter the IP address of your inverter and set the desired polling interval. 3. Once the settings are saved, go to the "Devices" tab in Homey and add the Fronius devices (Solar, Battery, Grid, or Flow). Configuration & Energy Dashboard - Invert Values (+/-): You can change the sign of the power values in the device settings to ensure the Energy Dashboard receives the expected values. - Enable/Disable Energy: Devices (except "Flow") can be excluded from the Energy Dashboard to prevent double counting. Requirements Fronius Solar API: Must be enabled on your inverter (Settings -> Services -> Solar API -> ON). Static IP: It is highly recommended to assign a static IP to your inverter. Development & Feedback This app was specifically developed for my personal setup (Fronius GEN24, Reserva Battery, Smart Meter IP). Please note that devices on other configurations might not provide reliable data. I welcome your feedback but cannot guarantee full compatibility for all hardware variations.
