Intergas

Connect your Intergas heating system to Homey using a local Incomfort gateway or Comfort Touch Cloud 2.0. Choose Intergas Incomfort for local gateways. The red v1 gateway requires its IP address or hostname. The black LAN v2 gateway also requires its local username (usually admin) and the password printed on the gateway. Choose Intergas Cloud for newer Wi-Fi gateways without a local API, or a supported Cloud 2.0 account. Sign in with your Comfort Touch email and password, then select your boiler and thermostat zone. No gateway IP address is required. Legacy Cloud 1.0 accounts are not supported. Control your target temperature and view room temperature, burner activity and boiler status. Cloud devices also show available gas estimates, runtime counters, pressure, radio signals and fault information. Availability depends on your boiler. Cloud gas counters are cumulative boiler estimates, not utility-meter readings. Multiple zones show the same boiler totals; do not add them together. Local devices provide pump, burner and hot-water tapping Flow cards. The local gateway reports tapping changes slowly: starting and stopping hot-water use may appear in Homey with a delay. Faster polling cannot remove this gateway delay, and brief tapping events may be missed. These cards are not suitable for instant tap detection. Cloud devices do not expose tapping or pump state. Local polling is configurable from 2 to 120 seconds. Cloud polling is configurable from 5 to 120 seconds, with a 10-second default for new devices. Existing devices retain their chosen interval. Cloud readings and temperature changes may be delayed by Intergas; internet access is required. Status labels follow Homey's English or Dutch language setting.
