Bring your Apple Health and Apple Watch data to Homey. The iPhone companion app reads HealthKit and syncs steps, activity rings, heart rate, HRV, sleep, blood oxygen, weight, blood pressure, glucose, workouts and more than 180 other health types to your Homey.
Use your health in Flows: close your rings, fall asleep, wake up, finish a workout, log a symptom or cross a threshold and let your home respond. Values are available as Flow tokens and in Insights.
Fourteen dashboard widgets in true Apple Health style show your rings, sleep stages, vitals, trends, workouts and the whole household at a glance.
Your data goes straight from your iPhone to your own Homey over a private, encrypted link. No developer servers are used.
